Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of PikuZen AI Pro license keys made through Polar. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

PikuZen AI is a personal project developed by an independent developer. All payments are processed securely by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Free plan: try before you buy

We strongly recommend that you use the Free plan to evaluate PikuZen AI before purchasing a Pro license. The Free plan provides 10 AI Post & Replies per day and 10 Smart Draft replies per day using ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok, giving you a comprehensive preview of what the Extension can do.

The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost and requires no payment information.

Pro license purchase details

Purchase typeSubscription, $3/month.
ValidityActive as long as the subscription is maintained.
Payment processorPolar, as Merchant of Record.
DeliveryDigital license key delivered instantly after payment.

Activation: enter the license key in the Extension’s settings to unlock Pro features.

Refund policy

No refunds after activation. Once a Pro license key has been activated (entered and successfully verified in the PikuZen AI Extension), the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for activated license keys.

By activating your license key, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have received immediate access to all Pro features
  • The digital product has been fully delivered as described
  • The purchase is final and non-refundable
  • You had the opportunity to use the Free plan to evaluate the Extension before purchasing

Exceptional circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds after activation, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances, case by case:

Duplicate purchaseYou accidentally purchased multiple license keys for the same period.
Technical failureA critical, verifiable issue on our end stops the Extension from working entirely and cannot be resolved.
Unauthorized purchaseYou can demonstrate the purchase was made without your authorization (fraud).

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your license key and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 5 business days.

License cancellation

When your Pro subscription is cancelled or expires:

  • Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
  • You keep 10 AI Post & Replies/day and 10 Smart Draft replies/day via ChatGPT, Gemini & Grok
  • Your saved settings, templates, and preferences are preserved
  • You can purchase a new subscription at any time to re-activate Pro

Manage your license. You can manage or deactivate your license key at any time by visiting pikuzenlicence.pyspace.in.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you start a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke your Pro license key
  • Restrict your ability to purchase future license keys

We encourage you to contact us directly before starting a chargeback, so we can resolve any issue amicably.
