Pro license is a subscription that remains active as long as your subscription is maintained.
No Refunds After Activation
Once your license key is activated, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of PikuZen AI Pro license keys made through DodoPayments. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
PikuZen AI is a personal project developed by an independent developer. All payments are processed securely through DodoPayments.
2. Free Plan — Try Before You Buy
We strongly recommend that you use the Free plan to evaluate PikuZen AI before purchasing a Pro license. The Free plan provides 20 AI replies per day and 20 Auto Pilot actions per day using ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok — giving you a comprehensive preview of the Extension's capabilities.
The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost and requires no payment information.
3. Pro License Purchase Details
- Purchase Type: Subscription
- Validity: Active as long as subscription is maintained
- Payment Processor: DodoPayments
- Delivery: Digital license key delivered instantly after payment
- Activation: Enter the license key in the Extension's settings to unlock Pro features
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds After Activation. Once a Pro license key has been activated (entered and successfully verified in the PikuZen AI Extension), the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for activated license keys.
By activating your license key, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have received immediate access to all Pro features
- The digital product has been fully delivered as described
- The purchase is final and non-refundable
- You had the opportunity to use the Free plan to evaluate the Extension before purchasing
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is no refunds after activation, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased multiple license keys for the same period
- Technical Failure: If a critical, verifiable technical issue on our end prevents the Extension from functioning entirely and cannot be resolved
- Unauthorized Purchase: If you can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorization (fraud)
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, contact us at [email protected] with your license key and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 5 business days.
6. License Cancellation
When your Pro subscription is cancelled or expires:
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
- You will retain access to 20 AI replies/day and 20 Auto Pilot actions/day via ChatGPT, Gemini & Grok
- Your saved settings, templates, and preferences will be preserved
- You can purchase a new subscription at any time to re-activate Pro features
Manage your license. You can manage or deactivate your license key at any time by visiting pikuzenlicence.pyspace.in.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately revoke your Pro license key
- Restrict your ability to purchase future license keys
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issues amicably.
