1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the PikuZen AI Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Extension.

PikuZen AI is a personal project created and maintained by an independent developer. It is not operated by a registered company or corporation.

2. Description of Service

PikuZen AI is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered reply generation for Twitter/X. The Extension:

• Reads tweet content and thread context from the Twitter/X page
• Routes the context to your chosen AI provider (ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok) via your own logged-in session
• Generates multiple AI reply options for you to choose from
• Optionally auto-posts the selected reply to Twitter/X

The Extension operates entirely within your browser. It does not run its own servers, databases, or backend infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PikuZen AI. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Free & Pro Plans

PikuZen AI offers two tiers of service:

• The Pro license is a subscription that remains active as long as the subscription is maintained
• If the subscription is cancelled or expires, you will revert to the Free plan
• License keys are purchased through DodoPayments, a third-party payment platform
• License verification is performed via DodoPayments' official API

5. Payment & Billing

All payments for the Pro plan are processed by DodoPayments. PikuZen AI does not directly handle, process, or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

• The Pro license is a subscription fee as displayed on the purchase page
• Payment is processed securely through DodoPayments' checkout
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key to activate Pro features
• The license key remains valid as long as your subscription is active
• PikuZen AI is not responsible for any payment processing errors on DodoPayments' end

6. Refund Policy

We encourage you to try the Free plan first to ensure PikuZen AI meets your needs before purchasing a Pro license.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PikuZen AI in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with Twitter/X's Terms of Service. You must NOT use PikuZen AI to:

• Generate spam, harassing, abusive, or hateful content
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Spread misinformation or misleading content at scale
• Violate Twitter/X's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of Twitter/X
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension's code
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension or Pro license keys

8. Third-Party Services

PikuZen AI integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

• Twitter/X: Terms of Service
• OpenAI (ChatGPT): Terms of Use
• Google (Gemini): Terms of Service
• X.AI (Grok): Terms of Service
• DodoPayments: Terms of Service

PikuZen AI is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the PikuZen AI Extension — including its code, design, branding, and documentation — are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms.

AI-generated replies produced through the Extension are subject to the terms of the respective AI provider you used to generate them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PikuZen AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose
• The Extension will be compatible with future versions of Chrome, Twitter/X, or AI providers
• Third-party AI providers will remain available, free, or maintain their current quality

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of PikuZen AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or reputation
• Account suspension or restriction on Twitter/X due to your use of the Extension
• Any issues arising from third-party AI provider changes or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your AI provider or Twitter/X accounts

You use PikuZen AI at your own risk and are solely responsible for any content posted through the Extension.

12. Termination

You may stop using PikuZen AI at any time by uninstalling the Extension. All locally stored data will be permanently removed upon uninstallation.

We reserve the right to revoke Pro license keys if we determine that the Terms of Service have been violated, including but not limited to redistribution of license keys, abusive usage, or fraudulent activity.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the Extension or our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through informal negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of India.
