By installing, accessing, or using the PikuZen AI Chrome extension (“Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Extension.

PikuZen AI is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered reply generation for Twitter/X. The Extension:

• Reads tweet content and thread context from the Twitter/X page
• Routes the context to your preferred AI provider (ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok)
• Generates multiple AI reply options for you to choose from
• Inserts the drafted reply into the reply box for you to review, edit, and manually post

The Extension operates entirely within your browser. It does not run its own servers, databases, or backend infrastructure.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PikuZen AI. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

PikuZen AI offers two tiers of service:

• The Pro license is a subscription that remains active as long as the subscription is maintained.
• If the subscription is cancelled or expires, you will revert to the Free plan.
• License keys are purchased through Polar, a third-party payment platform that acts as our Merchant of Record.
• License verification is performed via Polar’s official API.

All payments for the Pro plan are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. PikuZen AI does not directly handle, process, or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

• The Pro license is a subscription fee as displayed on the purchase page
• Payment is processed securely through Polar’s checkout
• Upon successful payment, you receive a license key to activate Pro features
• The license key remains valid as long as your subscription is active

No refunds after activation. Once a Pro license key has been activated (entered and verified in the Extension), no refunds will be issued. By activating your license key, you acknowledge that you have received access to the Pro features and agree that the purchase is final.

We encourage you to try the Free plan first to make sure PikuZen AI meets your needs before purchasing a Pro license.

PikuZen AI is an AI-powered browser drafting assistant. It is designed solely to generate content suggestions and draft responses based on user-provided prompts and context.

• No unattended automation: PikuZen AI does not perform automated posting, background interactions, bulk spamming, or any unattended actions on Twitter/X.
• User control: All generated drafts, suggestions, and posts require manual review and explicit user interaction (such as clicking the reply/post button) to publish.
• Platform compliance: PikuZen AI operates as a client-side assistant within your active browser session and does not bypass, violate, or attempt to circumvent Twitter/X platform policies or Terms of Service.

You also agree to use PikuZen AI in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and you must not use it to:

• Generate spam, harassing, abusive, or hateful content
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Spread misinformation or misleading content at scale
• Violate Twitter/X’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Damage, disable, or impair the functionality of Twitter/X
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension’s code
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension or Pro license keys

PikuZen AI integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

• Twitter/X Terms of Service
• OpenAI (ChatGPT) Terms of Use
• Google (Gemini) Terms of Service
• xAI (Grok) Terms of Service
• Polar Terms of Service

PikuZen AI is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the PikuZen AI Extension, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms.

AI-generated replies produced through the Extension are subject to the terms of the respective AI provider you used to generate them.

PikuZen AI is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose
• The Extension will be compatible with future versions of Chrome, Twitter/X, or AI providers
• Third-party AI providers will remain available, free, or maintain their current quality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of PikuZen AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or reputation
• Account suspension or restriction on Twitter/X due to your use of the Extension
• Issues arising from third-party AI provider changes or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your AI provider or Twitter/X accounts

You may stop using PikuZen AI at any time by uninstalling the Extension. All locally stored data will be permanently removed upon uninstallation.

We reserve the right to revoke Pro license keys if we determine that these Terms have been violated, including but not limited to redistribution of license keys, abusive usage, or fraudulent activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through informal negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of India.
